In 2014, we structured our path around five objectives for 2020, shared and integrated in our brands and fields of expertise. What was our goal? To drive a positive transformation in the group and make everyone an actor of change. This is the challenge taken up by our We R Change programme.

Today, we are approaching this challenge's finish line. Our efforts to limit our impact, transform our value chain, raise awareness, better include and innovate in a responsible way is an immense source of pride. And an unlimited source of confidence.

We started working to build this beautiful future together in 2018. We all came to the table (companies, suppliers, employees, consultants, NGOs, etc.) to breathe new life into our mission and to set specific objectives to drive our mission.

This is the first time that we gave ourselves such an ambition for the future. But, after reading this latest edition of our Essentials of CSR, we are confident that you will share our optimism and determination. Well, we certainly hope so! ”
