Taking action in favour of biodiversity

It takes teamwork. For many years, we have worked to create positive synergies with our teams and partners to co-develop a professional ecosystem respectful of life all over the world.

Organic lavender made in Provence? What could be better?

For its Foot Care range, Yves Rocher selects the essential oil and floral water of true lavender renowned for its relaxing and purifying properties. The lavender that Laboratoires Yves Rocher uses is carefully selected among organic producers who carry on the traditional Provençal know-how. Yves Rocher also stands by women who share the same vision of quality production.

The brand financially supported the planting of two new lavender plots and assisted two farmers in diversifying their activity (polyculture) and developing their PPAM (aromatic medicinal plant) workshop.

Provence is more beautiful than ever!

When you plant a garden, you're planting happiness

La Gacilly isn't the only place where nature is joining the workplace. Far from it! We are very happy to see natural spaces growing near our sites and offices in Belgium and Morocco, for example. Within these shared gardens, it's not just pretty plants and magnificent herbs that are growing. You will also find sharing, enjoying being together and a love of nature. These places have rapidly become places for our communities to get together (partners, journalists, schools, etc.).

It's like a little bit of La Gacilly, here and everywhere!

WELCOME TO CITY ELEMENT!

These are the new offices of Yves Rocher Czech Republic: an ultramodern building that celebrates responsible architecture and places employees' well-being at the top of the priorities. Urban nature!

PROTECT WHAT IS RARE

Yves Rocher Thailand forged an unprecedented partnership with Chulalongkorn University (Bangkok) to set up the Green House Life Museum: a new space to preserve no less than 500 rare botanical species!

A GARDEN OF HAPPINESS

In April 2019, Petit Bateau employees helped children in the village of Bréviandes to create a Shared Garden in partnership with the foundation Action Enfance. Clothes from Petit Bateau were distributed at snack time. There were plenty of good times to go around!

TODAY

We are actively continuing our approach to preserving biodiversity thanks to the Sentinelles Biodiversité group on our sites in Brittany in partnership with the LPO*.

LOOKING TOWARDS 2030

Over the next 10 years, we want to inspire each site to develop their own biodiversity management plan in collaboration with an environmental association. It's so uniting and inspiring, so why hesitate?
