Our initiative for 2020 shed light on the extraordinary range of possibilities that CSR holds at Groupe Rocher. Today, more than ever, our vision for 2030 requires everyone's involvement. Because, yes, we want to go further, with more people by our side.

Teamwork drives our CSR

Regularly collecting all the social and environmental data from our activities is an essential work to carry out our CSR strategy. For this, we can count on a hundred contributors, present on 76 sites in 33 countries, who help us to collect this essential data. Thanks to their dedication and the analysis of nearly 300 indicators (verified by an independent third-party), we can better steer, publish and coordinate our actions.

2030: it's practically tomorrow! 

Even before we fulfilled our ambition for 2020, we came together to launch our improvement plan for 2030. To write this new chapter, we wanted to bring together contributors from different backgrounds. Seven advisory committees were formed, bringing together members from senior management as well as forty people that included suppliers, partners, and employees of the We R Change network. That's a big deal! By combining our forces, we have succeeded in sketching out a plan for what our future will be in 10 years.

But why all this? To allow each executive committee to build a strategic plan that is specific to its field of action and, above all, to drive us forward, together, starting now.

What an experience! This certification was not only a chance to make an exhaustive review of our impacts, but to also get in touch with many stakeholders. This proves that responsibility leads to an emulation that is more than enriching.”
