TAKING A NEW LOOK

Shall we talk about disability? Our employees' commitment was simply incredible during our Disability Week last November. Together, we listened to Virginie Delalande's extraordinary presentation. This incredibly inspiring woman is the first person profoundly deaf since birth to have graduated with a law degree in France. An outstanding speaker, she sparked a debate on integrating and maintaining employees with disabilities in the professional world.

What could be more of a game-changer? This week was also a chance to meet specialist organisations and to discuss how to better approach the issue. The Duodays were also a key moment. 18 people with disabilities were paired up to discover our work environment and clarify their career plans.

 As an end result, inspiring stories were lived and shared.
