Enrichment through diversity

Enrichment through diversity

Diversity is a key component of our company’s culture. It expands our horizons and makes us stronger. That's why we celebrate all our talents and fight against stereotypes.

Yves Rocher, an inclusive brand

In November 2019, Groupe Rocher signed an agreement for the inclusion of people with disabilities in economic life. For its part, the Yves Rocher Brand is continuing its historic commitment with J'accède ”, French association promoting accessibility of cities to people with disabilities by referencing the level of accessibility of its French stores to people with reduced mobility. Its customer service is now adapted to suit clients who are deaf or hard of hearing, as is its annual CSR report.

And that's not all! The brand has built a partnership with the Guillaume Régnier psychiatric hospital in Rennes, France, to provide support to patients in terms of skincare and make-up.

And let's not forget: for nearly 15 years, Yves Rocher France has worked alongside HandiCaPZéro to offer beauty work-shops to women who are blind or visually impaired. A vital and inspiring effort!

Rising up for gender equality

In the group, a large majority of employees are women. For us, equal income and equal career opportunities is self-evident. That's why non-discrimination is at the heart of our HR policy. With this in mind, in 2016 we made a commitment to UN Women by signing the United Nations Women Empowerment Principles.

Our group does not tolerate discrimination or harassment in the workplace. In France, we have trained contact people for sexist behaviour to inform and guide our employees.

OUTSIDE THE WALLS

Yves Rocher Spain is teaming up with the Adecco Foundation to offer women at risk of exclusion the Beauty Solidarity Workshops. The first two sessions were true successes. Now we want more!

5.19%

TODAY

LOOKING TOWARDS 2030

More than ever, diversity and inclusion are values that are totally essential for our company. In the coming years, our priority is to always find ways to better apply these values in our daily lives, wherever we are!
